🔁 General Return Policy
- Return Window: All return requests must be initiated within 14 days of the original purchase date.
- Condition Requirements:
- New Items: Must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.
- Pre-Owned Items: Must include any original accessories, labels, or packaging as sold.
- Proof of Purchase: An original receipt or order number is required for all returns.
💳 Store Credit Only
All accepted returns will be issued as store credit, redeemable both in-store and online. We do not offer cash or card refunds.
🎮 Video Games & Electronics

Defective Games:
- May be exchanged for the same title or store credit if returned within 3 business days of purchase.

Non-Defective Games:
- May be returned within 5 business days, subject to a 15% restocking fee.
- Games must be in resealed condition, as sold.
- Games that have been opened or played cannot be returned unless defective.
- Dissatisfaction with gameplay does not qualify for a return.

Accessories, Controllers, & Cables:
- If defective, may be exchanged for the same item within 14 days.
- If the same item is unavailable, store credit or an equivalent replacement may be offered at management’s discretion.
- Items used improperly or damaged after purchase are not eligible for return.
🧸 Boxed Collectibles & Vintage Toys
- All boxed vintage items, collectibles, and toys are sold as-is and are non-refundable.
- Please inspect items carefully in-store before purchasing.
- Photos and condition details are provided for online purchases; please review them thoroughly.
🛠️ Custom & Digital Items
- Custom Items: Are non-returnable. In certain cases, we may offer to repurchase at a negotiated value (at our discretion).
- Digital Goods: Are non-refundable, including game codes and digital downloads.
🧾 Restocking Fees
- A 15% restocking fee applies to eligible returned items unless the return is due to a verified defect or store error.
